Is the free content really free?
Yes — forever. Every lesson, quiz, mock test, grammar guide, spaced-repetition review and your progress stay free, with no account required. Nothing you use today ever moves behind a paywall.
What do the exam packs include?
A downloadable, printable PDF study companion for the exam (format, strategy, model answers, checklists). The on-screen mock tests stay free. Buy once — the pack is yours forever in “My Library”.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
Packs are instant digital downloads. By downloading one you agree to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right. If you have not downloaded it, or something went wrong, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
How do I cancel Nirécol Plus?
Anytime, from “Manage subscription” (the secure Stripe Customer Portal). Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do you guarantee I will pass the DELF/DALF?
No. We are an independent study companion, not affiliated with any official examiner, and cannot guarantee any result. Always confirm the current exam format with your official test centre.
How are payments handled?
Securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
